With it, your VPS will be included in our own custom server monitoring software system, which will monitor all the critical tasks. And in the event of any service problem, our skilled server admins will be alerted momentarily and they will fix the issue ASAP.

Weekly Backups

If you run a high–demand web site or a resource–demanding web app, it’s very important to have a full backup of everything. But, configuring an auto backup solution can be difficult. For this reason, our company offers you our Optional Admin Services package – we promise to maintain a complete backup copy of your VPS server, not just of your sites and hosted content, but also all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts run each and every week, retaining all the modifications that you have made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, which enables you to demand any of our well–trained server admins to install any software package and to solve any problem that you’re experiencing with the server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
